PEOPLE are getting more money back from the Coalition's tax cuts than they are spending on mortgage increases, Prime Minister John Howard has said.Meanwhile, Costello is refusing to include the Fraser years in his inflation graphs. Howard was Treasurer from '77 to '83. The previous dramatic spike was caused when the Coalition Senate blocked passage of Gough Whitlam's bills.
