A Plan To End The War

US bloggers like Atrios and Digby are throwing their weight behind a new plan to end the war in Iraq. The plan addresses two important questions:

1. How do we bring American military engagement in Iraq to a responsible end?

2. How do we prevent a repeat of the mistakes we've made?
